The first part of a miniseries about the Eucharistic Congress in Atlanta. You can check out over 100 photos of the event by clicking on the link below:

I can’t download this … (via iTunes)
If you go to the linked mp3 file with a browser you can see why…
http://libsyn.com/media/dailybreakfast/CI-76.mp3
For now, you can download the episode manually at:
http://media.libsyn.com/media/dailybreakfast/CI-76.mp3
Can you download the file directly from the website? It could be a temporary glitch with Libsyn, our server company.
I had a problem this morning with both CI and DB. but it works again.
Fr. Roderick,
The temporary error message on libsyn said that they prefer the download url for the media files to be of the form:
http://media.libsyn.com/media/dailybreakfast/CI-76.mp3
Without adding the subdomain “media” still works, but it might be better to use the new form from now on.
Greetings!
Johan
wonderful to hear another episode of c.i.!
Father, once more you do a great job with the sound seeing tour. It was wonderful to hear the excitement in your voice and I really felt present during the Eucharistic procession.
Peace and Good,
Fr. Seraphim
Fr. Roderick,
Love the Podcasts!!!
If you’d like to learn a little about the Knights of Columbus (the guys with funny hats and swords), you can go to KofC.org.
I’ve been a Knight for about 2.5 years and we do a lot of charitable works in the parish and community. The organization was founded by an Irish American Priest (Father McGivney)in the US in 1882 to help provide insurance when the family breadwinner died.
The Knights are big supporters of our parish priests and we do a lot to promote vocations, too.
The Knights of Columbus has about 1.7 million members throughout the United States, Canada, the Philippines, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Guatemala, Guam and Saipan.
And the Knights are now in Poland.
Of course, there’s a lot more, but I know you’re a busy guy.
God’s blessings to you and your ministries!
And PS>>>I would love for you to sign off with a preistly blessing. It’s an awesome gift that you can give us listeners.
With love and blessings from Daytona Beach, Florida, USA…
I am yours in Christ,
Kevin Lorden.
Wow! you were at Eucharistic Congress! I was there too, in your picture, the alter server on the right was the seminarian at my Church! That’s so cool.
