I never would have connected the plot line with that of Jonah. Maybe because Jack Sparrow is such a scum bag. You're right though, he's not going to die. It's like a James Bond movie. He's going to live; the fun part is seeing how he's going to get out of the situation. If anyone is interested... There is a great chapter in Melville's "Moby Dick" called "The Sermon" in which (you guessed it) there is a sermon on the Book of Jonah. I went to see Pirates 2 the day it came out and again later that week. I was really dissapointed with the ending of it though. As a thirteen year old I really love this kind of stuff. I really like how you make this podcast not just from a biblical point but also from a theological point. I think that you are doing a great job with this poscast. If you could do a podcast on the spoilers you have heard over the internet about the upcoming pirates movie that would be awsome. Thanks for the great information.
