  1. LOL - I like his dialect. Leo is such a nice guy. There are some great YouTube videos from the Podcast Expo of SQPN folks chatting with him.

Cool vids Fr. Bill. I went to MacWorld ‘99 when the colorful iMacs were introduced. I didn’t have enough time to see both sides of the Mascone Center. Thanks for bringing us with you this year!

  2. LEO IS THE MAN! Well, Jesus is THE Man but, Leo isn’t too far behind. Well, after the Pope, Mary, The Saints, the Cardinals, Bishops, Priests, Nuns, Brothers and Deacons….

    God Bless,
    Chris

  3. @Chris

Well, I guess Fr. Bill is THE MAN right now ! ;-)
Thx father for all the great stuff you put out.

  4. I think I have to catch up on my dutch since I didn’t understand a thing from it. :-) But fun it is :-)

  5. Leo is as real as it gets. He was humble, funny (obviously), and welcoming to everyone around him. I think he was doing his Swedish Chef thang from the ‘ol Muppet’s Show (think 70’s). That was quite a contrast to other personalities that I bumped into while at Macworld. Podcasters don’t have such a fan base and so don’t need body guards. Then again… guardian angels. Hmm.

It was a total delight to meet Leo. He didn’t know me, but he had met Fr. Roderick at the Pocast Expo and is very supportive of all the work he’s doing with the SQPN. When I asked him to just give a shout out to Fr. Roderick, he was more than open to do it. Leo and Fr. Roderick have been an inspiration to me and I’m sure to thousands of other podcasters.

Again, this year’s Macworld was full of special opportunities unique to my years of attending Macworld. I guess God just wanted to bless folks. I’m glad I could be there to help out. Glad you all enjoyed the videos.

  6. I tried to figure out what he was saying in Dutch. But I gave up after a few rewinds. It was just too hard.

    But it was funny, indeed.
