My husband and I just finished watching all three movies (again!), and then I downloaded and listened to all the episodes of Secrets of the Caribbean -- wonderful! One of your listeners recommended the fiction novel, "On Stranger Tides" by Tim Powers, copyright 1988, and I've just finished the book. What a fun adventure! It is very much in the spirit of the movies -- full of swashbuckling, weird vodoo magic, haunted ships, and a young hero and heroine. If people like the movies, they would probably enjoy this book very much. Oh, yes, and good does triumph over evil . . . after quite a fight. Take care, stay healthy! Hi Fr.
