  1. Hi Fr. Roderick,
One strategy that I used to use when going through an exercise and diet regime was to schedule in one day off per week, where I could not exercise and not have to stick to the diet plan. The advantages here are that you have incentive to persevere until this day, and you also can schedule this day to anywhere in the week, so as to accommodate a party or some event where you would rather not adhere to the diet. Even God rested on the seventh day! :)
    Keep up the good work!

  2. Fr. I like the “Balance Day” concept !

It’s almost like a short period of “lent”, to get yourself on the right track again……….

Thanks so much for all this great video content you have been putting out during the past days.

  3. Hi Father!
I too have been working on dieting. Or well trying to. I started off in January at 206 pounds. I have about 80 pounds to lose to get to a healthy weight. I am now down to 194.
Recently a coworker showed me a pedometer she had bought online. It is the Omron-wow-I have had pedometers before but this one works great.
Two websites I am using are http://www.americaonthemove.org and http://www.sparkpeople.com both are free sites.

  4. Hi Father,

I noticed this is on YouTube. Do you plan to always use YouTube, or have this in a movie format inside the RSS feed?

    Mark

  5. It IS already in an RSS feed as well. Just subscribe to the feed using the links in the article.
