Fr. Roderick and Elsie, what a winning combo. Woot you two.
With a lot of interest, I follow this series of vidcast. And I think Elsie has a very good point here! Maybe we’re not always aware of it, but out feed work all day for us. So they need to be treated well. I’m gonna put Elsies simple exercises into practice. Admit, what can be better than a relaxing massage! Thanks for this great series and keep it up!
Fr. Roderick, thanks for sharing this video. Elsie’s foot routine is simple and short, so I can do it right before going to bed
Thanks for all you do!
Speaking of Health, after hearing about Greg W. gold bladder incident, I realized that I may have the same problem. He described the same kind of pain I have every 2 or 3 months. So, I just scheduled an appointment with an Internal Medicine Dr. for next Tue. I don’t want to wait till I have a pain episode that sends me to the ER, that’s SCARY!!! Please, say a prayer for me
[...] As you remember from my Feet Stretches post I mentioned that the footage was originally meant for Fr. Roderick, and he used it!!! yeay!!!! There is about 1 min of extra foot footage, that Fr. has that I cut out of my posting for my podcast, so y’all are welcome to check it out! Fr. is a master at telling stories, so you have to see his editing of my foot footage (I like that foot footage, foot footage, foot footage…sorry tired) anyway, check it out. CLICK HERE to see it! This is the first video podcast I have watched using my Apple TV. Wow… so much nicer than watching on my computer, sitting at my desk. It looked and sounded just great!!!
Elsie — Thanks for a great video. I am 46 - and bike and run. Two things I have learned: the importance of a regular streching routine before and after I work out — and proper attention to the feet. These are often overlooked or “skipped” in the interest of time. Big mistake! I used to have very painful calves before I spent more time on these areas. I bike and run longer and further now — and the calves feel great. Look forward to more tips from you!
