Hello Mr. and Mrs. Barron,
I have been listening to your show since June and I love it! Really I do.
Anyway, I couldn’t help but notice that Katherine took the Lord’s name in vain just a couple of times in the most recent podcast. I know that a listener mentioned it before, but it is so hard to fall back into these bad habits. Saying “oh my gosh” may be too hard to remember so perhaps when you feel the urge to say OMG or something like that try to say the following:
- “Oh, barnacles!” (like they do on Spongebob)
- Jeebus (just like Homer on that episode of the Simpsons)
- Superman (like Homer on that other episode of the Simpsons)
- Oh my Gandalf! (well, no one says that, Katherine, but you could be the first!)
OK, you get the point. If you don’t want any more silly suggestions then just remember not to say God unless you really, really mean to!

Being a huge Charlie Chaplin fan, I was really impressed with Downey’s performance as well. The facts weren’t up to par, but his transformation was unbelievable. Another Downey film that I really recommend is Heart & Souls. Great acting, not a lot of bad language, and a good message in the end.
About Sam and the “Chicken Pox”, I’ve got the real thing, and it is nasty!
I have 4 brothers and 1 sister me being the oldest. It is so awesome! Ben and sam deserve it!
