  1. I kept getting tired of seeing the “0″ next to comments that I just had to… comment.

    Peace Ya’ll

  2. Gosh you are just so demanding…. =P

  3. Your podcast picture is utterly hilarious! Gotta love photoshop!

  4. I guess there’s a feedback junkie in almost every podcaster.. :) So what could be a good way to stimulate people to give feedback or comments? If you’re a listener and you are reading this, what makes you want to post comments? Controversy? A poll? A photoshopped picture of Mac-owulf? The lack of subliminal Gevalia coffee ads in the last episode? Let us podcasters know!

  5. As a matter of fact I’m not a listener and I did not read that last comment. I’m kidding Father, and if my last comment didn’t end up sounding as harsh maybe I wouldn’t be writing this now. But hey, controversy might be a good idea… Remember your April Fool joke last year? Boy, people stormed that article with loads of babbles.. I mean, feedbacks ;) It doesn’t imply that we want to hear controversy every time though…

Okay, back to the express feedback addressed to Barron Plaza. Your podcast is so much more than merely humorously enjoyable. It’s youthfully full of energy and.. (I guess we all know).. love (Yes!), a blend of which produces a Gevalia-like, motivational delicacy. You may not think it’s motivational, but in my opinion it just is..! Such a role model.. most of the time anyway.. =P God bless you guys and please keep it up…

  6. Feedback. Feedback. Feedback.

    Oh, and nice abs.

  7. Mac, Fr. Seraphim is giving you a run for your money in his last episode. Dare you to make the next podcast funnier.

    God bless y’all!

  8. It is interesting to hear you discuss the choice about attending Catholic schools. I live in Chicago where there are many Catholic schools and I kind of forget that there is a world where it is much less of an option.

I attended Catholic HS, College and Graduate school. I do think that it was a great investment… however I will say that there are some Catholic Colleges that are not very strong on the ‘Catholic’ portion of the identity. I believe that my friend who attended University of Illinois and was very involved in the Newman center on campus had in many ways a more authentically Catholic experience in her College years.

A family down the street had 12 kids and they dealt with each child’s education as best suited the individual. Some kids went to public school, some went to Catholic school and some were home schooled. The same held true for college… there was no established sense that all the kids in this family go to any particular college.

  9. I was literally quite stunned at the mention of the approximate college fee figures. You made me immediately stopped what I was working at and checked three times, maybe more, the websites of the universities that I put my enrollments in. It is probably common over there to pay twice as much as what Australians normally pay for university here.

I tend to agree with the comment above about “Catholic” schools not being predominantly Catholic in in their values. However, I do believe that through the various programs that a Catholic school has to offer, by this I’m talking about those retreat programs, various Masses, etc., the kids whose parents are strong in their Catholic standpoints, even though not emphasised at school, will pursue to be passionate about his/her faith.

All the best with your homeschooling and everything else. God bless.

  10. FeedBack or Back Chat….. What to do????
I’ll have to think about that.

  11. Thanks for all the comments guys!!!! We just put out our latest show. I’m posting it now. I know you missed us!
