Naomi,
Just wait until we do a podcast commentary on St. Thomas' <em>Summa Theologiae</i>! We expect that to take us 50 years or so... ;-)

Well, the beauty of this podcast thing is that we can go back, be behind, catch up... it's not like a radio show where you miss it, it's gone.

I read a lot for work, study, and leisure, and have developed the bad habit of reading EVERYTHING quickly, even Scripture and spiritual reading. Rereading the chapters of Spiritual Combat, and really mulling them over with y'all has been a great benefit.

Not that I want to encourage you to sloth :p But it's not all bad.

Hi Brian,

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I'm so glad to hear that the podcasts have been useful to you. It's very humbling.

Heh. Our goal for Advent is to make some headway on the book... so hopefully there will be some new stuff for you next year. :)

I'm going back to the beginning of your podcasts for the episodes on prayer to meditate on during Advent. Then I will start again on The Spiritual Combat. I got sidetracked on that this year, but will make it a priority for the coming year. You guys ARE great!! Keep on doing God's work!!

Blessings,
Brian
