I think it must be ‘losing weight’ instead of ‘loosing weight’. Loosing comes from loose (meaning ‘los’) and losinge from to lose (verliezen).
Well… Not to disagree with your reviewer, but I liked the new National Treasure! Yes! I confess!
Now, I’m not saying that it’s realistic or some complexly symbolic uber-masterpiece, but it’s a great ‘popcorn’ movie. Even more “Indiana Jones-ish” than the last one, it’s just plain fun! Yes, the ctitics called it dumb, but hey - they hated the Pirates of the Caribbean series too. All the original actors are back for this one, with Ed Harris (who I like) thrown in for good measure.
Not a ‘thinking’ movie at all, but hey, sometimes I just want to watch for fun (like Greg and his DC - not Marvel - comic books)!
Take care all!
I agree with Kim in NY in disagreeing with the reviewer (try wrapping your mind around that!) The new National Treasure is the same as the old one, but different. If you liked the first one, you should like the second one. It’s just a fun movie that’s not trying to be anything else, and I think it succeeds.
I love Daily Breakfast.
I have a problem listening sometimes because the “jingles” that you use to introduce different segments of your show are way too loud.
I travel a great deal and with my wife and I often will go to sleep listening to your podcast. It is a great blend of church info and general info that’s VERY interesting.
Thank you so much for doing what you are doing. I am a contributor to Rosary Army but listen to daily breakfast equally often.
Father Roderick you have a special gift…….you have a naturally very engaging personality and I feel very lucky that I have found you, Greg, Jennifer, etc.
God bless you.
