  1. “That’s the way the cookie CRUMBLES,” and do you REALLY NOT LIKE COOKIES? Not even chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin???? ;>)

  2. I found a great tool, time-management-wise:

The most magnificent to-do and to-remember list: http://rememberthemilk.com/ :) Credits to Barbara for that one. Works also for brain dumps. :) The best thing is that it’s portable too. So no worry when you lose or forget your piece of paper.

There’s a Firefox script that includes the to-do list in gmail.

  3. Prologinging is the word you wanted.

In Uk the Noro Virus has struck very badly too. (that is the stomach flu bug.)

My prayers were answered as I prayed for your quick recovery.

I also renewed my passport and I found it so hard not to laugh when my photo was taken

I have been telling all my friends about spqn.

write it all down when thing bug me i write in my spiritual journal or make a list if it is of a non spiritual nature.

Brain dump better know as Mind shower you can not call it anthing with brain in it incase it is rude to brain damaged people political correctness gone wrong in the uk at any rate

    Happy gripping

  4. I’m going to try the brain dump idea you mentioned. I also have a million things running around my head and I never accomplish anything.

It would be so incredibly cool if you made it to Toronto! Speaking of warmer weather in Winnipeg, last week it was -20C here. Today it’s 12C. Is the weather as unpredictable in the Netherlands as it is here? I wouldn’t cancel your shopping plans just yet ;)

  5. Isnt the daily breakfast sort of like a braindump as well ? :-).

  6. Dany, I might visit Montréal on my way back to the Netherlands; what is the distance between Toronto and Montréal? I could perhaps even go to Toronto first, fly to Montréal the next day, and then back to the Netherlands. Are there any other listeners in the Toronto area?

  7. Montreal is about a 5 hour drive East of Toronto. By plane it’s about an hour.

As for other listeners in Toronto, I remember seeing another Torontonian posting comments here –I think his name was Jack Liu? Your Facebook friends list will show you how many come from each city.

Drop me a message on Facebook if you need more info. I’m on your list. I’d love to organize an event here if I can find fellow Torontonians :) If not, I can see if work will let me take off to Montreal for a day or 2 :)

  8. Recent news link regarding High Definition DVD Formats:

“Paramount is poised to drop its support of HD DVD after Warner Brothers’ recent backing of Sony’s Blu-ray technology, in a move that will sound the death knell of HD DVD and bring the home entertainment format war to a definitive end.

Paramount and DreamWorks Animation, which makes the Shrek films, came out in support of HD DVD last summer, joining General Electric’s Universal Studios as the main backers of the Toshiba format.

The Warners move gives Blu-ray about 70 per cent of Hollywood’s output, although the format’s grip on film content will increase further when Paramount comes aboard.”

    Paramount in HD DVD blow:
