I would love to run my next marathon together with you, Greg. Imagine the 2nd day of Easter here in Utercht where Fr. Roderick was ordained: we could run with the three of us. For now, we would have to settle for a virtual run-together.

Amen, Daniele!

Thanks guys for playing my feedback - I *SO* understand how Jennifer feels! Let me see - it's 330 miles from here to Conyers... *sigh* How I would love to spend a day playing Scrabble and just talking, and of course, if later that evening it turned into one of those Willits' famous Taco parties - ahhh, heaven... :)

Someday!

I hear you about feeling lonely depsite having a lot of friends online while never being able to see them or your local friends in person.

People are social creatures and we need to be physically together. Chatting online is fun and cool but we still need companionship in person.

I think life has become too fast and too expensive-- at least here in North America-- that it generally leaves us having to "live to work" instead of the the other way around. My impression is people in general rely on e-mail lists and sites like Facebook to compensate for the lack of time we have for friends (after committments for work, family and in-laws).

Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way but this segment on today's show really hit me hard. I can totally relate.

I just defer to my husband on my glasses frames when I get a new pair. He can see them, and my eyes are so rotten, I can't really tell what they look like!
