SQPN in Steubenville, Ohio
SQPN podcasters Greg and Jennifer Willits and father Roderick Vonhogen will be speaking at the Media and Faith Conference at the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio to be held April 4th and 5th.
The event is open to the public (registration required) and will be a great opportunity for SQPN followers to get together for a weekend of faith and learning about media.

Fr. Roderick will be presenting the opening talk on Friday evening, April 4th.
Greg and Jennifer Willits (Rosary Army), Fr. Seraphim Beshoner (Catholic Under the Hood Podcast), Fr. Roderick Vonhogen (SQPN) and George Leite (Catholic Rockers) will also be participating in a roundtable panel about podcasting.
George Leite will give a talk on Catholic music and New Media together with Susan Bailey of Grapevine Magazine.
Greg and Jennifer will be presenting the closing talk at the Media and Faith Conference.
Meet and Greet
There will also be a Meet and Greet event at the Heavenly Grounds coffee house from 3 to 5 PM on April 5th. Heavenly Grounds is located just off of University Boulevard, in front of the university. Click here for a map to Heavenly Grounds (the coffee house is found at #23).
If you’re within driving distance, it’s sure to be a wonderful conference and a great opportunity to socialize with other SQPN followers. We hope to see you in Steubenville!

I’m so excited! I’m a student at Steubenville and it will be wonderful to welcome you all to my home-away-from-home that I love so much
As an alumni of Franciscan U (1993), I’m looking forward to being back on campus. Haven’t been back for 12 years. Also eager to meet the SQPN team. I’ve been a listener since Fr. Roderick’s Catholic Insider days in the spring of 2005.
I’ll be listening/watching in Illinois for news and updates .. and hope to see and hear some great things . .maybe even ustream events for those of us that can be with you only in spirit. I’ll pray that all get there safely and back home as well.

I wanted so badly to attend this event but will be unable to drive down from the Cleveland area. I wanted to meet Fr. Roderick, Paul Camarata, and the rest of the SQPN podcasters. Watching Fr. Roderick now on Ustream - almost like being there. Univ of Steubenville is a beautiful little school - great campus. Steubenville is the birthplace of Dean Martin, by the way.
