I am an achondroplasia dwarf. I had a sleep study done. This is where you sleep at their lab, they monitor you as you sleep. They found out that I had a minor obstructive sleep apnea. I sleep with a mask and an air machine. I also wanted to say I enjoyed the Lord of the Ring podcast. I don't think you saw any of my relatives there in Hobbit.
