It's a really fast read, and there are some wonderful quotes from Pope John Paul II. I loved it. When I was in Baltimore, I was part of an AP group, and I assumed I was the most conservative Catholic in the group. Little did I know that there were 2 other AP mothers who were devout Catholics. It is so hard finding people who are both Catholic and considering that AP/eco-breastfeeding/NFL stuff too. I started out doing small bits of it and have added more through the years. Kind of like my faith journey. :D You would be amazed as to how each aspect of the AP/NFL lifestyle adds to your responsiveness as a parent, even the one I thought I would NEVER adopt--cloth diapering.
