		<description>Thanks for the great show, Fr. Leo! I love the simplicity and wonderful flavors in the recipes. I&#039;ve been trying to use up all leftovers and this bread recipe is great. I&#039;ve discovered that left-over romaine lettuce (even if wilted)is great when broken up and sauted lightly in olive oil with some spices/herbs, diced oinon and some lemon juice and especially with slices of leftover sausage or any other cooked meat. I even added some old romaine while scrambling eggs and it was really good-I put it all in a microwave-warmed corn tortilla. Thanks again to you and the seminarians too.</description>
