SaintCast #99, Saint Gemma Galgani and Soundseeing in Lucca

Did you ever read about saints who spoke with Jesus, their guardian angels? Here’s the story of a young Italian woman, the first saint of the 20th century, and how and where she lived in the beautiful walled city of Lucca.
Paul and daughter Laura explore the ancient city of Lucca in Tuscany, and discuss the young Italian saint, Gemma Galgani. Our saint profile today courtesy of listener Bob D’Aurelio. Pictures at www.SaintCast.org

  1. Hello Paul,

Any stories about Australian Saints you can share? or have you previously produced a segment about an Australian Saint (that can be recycled … a recycled story that is … not a recycled saint).

  2. Hi Jim. Thanks for the message and request . . Got one coming up in SaintCast #101, just in time for World Youth Day down under.

  3. Excellent News Paul.

I’m looking forward to it…and I’m definitely tuning in for stories on Australia for the next couple weeks. I bet I’m not alone!

Because one good turn deserves another…you are invited to take a sneak peak at GoldenRuleNews.com to see what I’m up to. I’ll send a voice mail in the next day or two to share some my hopes for this new site.

Please leave any suggestions for improvement at (810) 815-7343.

    Best Regards,
    Your Friend Jim
