About the Author

Mac Barron

"Mac" as the"the world" knows "him" is actually a cybernetic artificial sweetener intelligence from a dimension that we in our "world" share a pay toilet with on the Champs de Ellysses. "We" still aren't exactly sure why "he" ends up on a podcast most weeks. It's a mystery!

  1. Great show!…that is all.

  2. I am so upset that I missed your ustream. Great show as usual. You both always make me smile. I was glad to get an update on Katherine’s mom. I’ve kept her in my daily intercessions of the sick.

Can’t wait for the next 100.

  3. Hey there Mac and Kat,

Congrats on the 100th show. You’re incredible, lovable, comical and real. Thanks for being there in that small town. I’m probably as old as you’re mom and I also am getting rid of breast cancer. The fatigue is awful and you kinda feel you’re in a fuzzy world because of the chemo effects. (I got an expensive wig that made me look years younger!!…don’t wear it all the time, usually for church and such.) The radiation wreaked havoc on my skin cuz I had radiation as a young teen for acne…yes, they didn’t know any better in those days. BUT I’m now near the end of treatments and WOW am I feeling better and better! Your mom will get through it just fine I’m sure because everything is so improved these days. Just keep saying the Divine Mercy prayer: Jesus I trust in You. That gets me through EVERYTHING!!! Whenever things looked really bad it would always end up OK, I think because of placing my TOTAL trust in the right Divine Doctor.

    Love and prayers,

    Mary in Southern Calif.

  4. Congratulations on 100!
Anytime you have Saul Tigh on the show is fine by me; the more the better.
Having watched my first 3 BSG episodes I have enjoyed Michael Hogan’s performance as Tigh. I could almost draw some allusions to Sgt. Kal Skirata of Republic Commando…Ah well, I’m enjoying Order 66 and you are still one of my top 3 favorite Catholic podcasts.
    Here’s to many more!

  5. Hey Mac and Katherine! 1st time commentor, and recent listener! I wanted to congratulate you on your milestone podcast!! Loved the show, even if it wasn’t a full on “musical”!! But wait, THAT was on their 200th show, so you have time to prepare!!! LOL

Please know that my wife and I both have you in our prayers (as the Willits’ are!!), as we just had our third child back in April. A girl, a boy, and then another girl! Connor and I are “best buds”. Us guys have got to stick together!

For a special intention, please remember us in prayer as we’re going through a “rough patch” right about now, as I’ve been out of work since May, with only a couple of nibbles of offers, but I haven’t landed the “big one” yet. Also as a second intention, for an apostolate I want to start up, first as a website, and eventually adding a podcast, that God puts me in touch with the right people to get it off the ground.

Thank you for all you do!

    In Jesus, through Mary,

    Dan, from MA

  6. Mac & Katherine,

I am forever behind on my podcast listening, but I just listened to your 100th episode. Congratulations! Y’all are great, and I look forward to 100 more episodes :)
