Hi, Father. I'm a new listener, I stumbled upon your Daily Breakfast podcast by way of the Harry Potter podcasts and now I'm hooked. I'd like to read the article you mention on cremation. Is it on-line? I didn't receive a religious education growing up, so I'm trying to make up for lost time.

I enjoy your podcasts. Thank you for all that you do.

Hi father,
I watched the first episode of knight rider, and I thought it was nice, but nothing more, really. It was a bit predictible, and the story didn’t have much depth (I hope this will improve in futur episodes).
However, I liked the way they linked the old series and the new one.

You spoke some more today about cremation. At our church in Richardson, TX, we have a columbarium, which contains niches for the cremated remains of the departed. It surrounds a labyrinth, a walking meditation, and together they provide a dignified, prayerful and accessible final resting place for those deceased.

Hi -

I'm a new listener (since last week but you are now a regular part of my morning). I was wondering if, for an upcoming episode (or have you done this before?) you might talk about confirmation names. My daughter, Sarah, has to pick one and she's fixed on Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha. She's been fascinated by her since she was in first grade and her public school class learned about Native Americans. They didn't learn about Kateri but we read her story at home .

Are blesseds OK? What's the point of picking a saint anyway (this is one of those times when it's good for a 12-year-old to hear the answer from someone cool, which would be you.)

And TJ - something else about that plastination stuff - there is question about some of those shows using bodies of Chinese people who may not have given consent to be plasticized. If I can find a link, I'll post.

Got to show you this...I think it is pretty sick, myself, but this exhibit has traveled all over the States. Don't know if the Church has said anything about it...
