On the U #93 – Christ in the Desert
Steve continues his soundseeing tour from his recent vacation in New Mexico. Part 1 was recorded 750 feet below the surface in the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Part 2 reports on Steve’s stay at the Christ in the Desert Monastery, near Abiquiu, New Mexico.

Your tour brought me back to a family trip to Howe Caverns here in New York many moons ago.
The music is by Pat Padley, one of the original co-hosts of OntheU. He graduated last May from the University of Tulsa and is doing professional video production work in Kansas City. He’ll be on future shows, I’m sure, as will more of his music!
