  4. I don’t understand what the problem is. When I click on the iTunes links, it brings me straight to the page where I can subscribe, the links are valid. Also a search for ‘Healthy Catholic’ in the iTunes music store brings me to the podcast.

    Can you describe more in detail what you do when you say that you can’t find the podcast in iTunes?

  6. Ah, so it was just the episode that wasn’t downloading! I got confused by the term ‘podcast’: in my understanding, the word podcast is used for the whole series, not for an individual episode. It’s fixed now.

  7. Sorry guys wish I could help, I am receiving it through iTunes so far. Thanks Fr. I needed this one. I have leveled off in my efforts to lose weight and run more and I believe sleep or lack there of may be a contributing factor.

    Also, I wanted to let you know of a book I am reading called Fit for Eternal Life: A Christian Approach to Working Out, Eating Right, and Building the Virtues of Fitness in Your Soul by Kevin Yost. It has a sound plan for getting in shape and talks of the virtues of temperance and fortitude. I found it a great read and I have already lost 14lbs following his lead and began lifting weights. I run thanks to you!

  8. Thanks Fr. Roderick,
    I recently graduated this past May and have taken some time off. I am in the process of looking for a job now, but during this “vacation” time, I have really let myself go. Especially in sleep and how i eat. Even when I was a college student, eating and sleeping was not very healthy either.

    So I do not know where to start so, thank you for posting the podcasts. I liked to plan to lose at least 5 lbs by the time of my next doctors appointment, which is Oct 22.
