Hello Father S.,

I just learned there was also a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient that was a Catholic Priest in Viet Nam.

Here's a link.

Hello Fr. S.

I had not heard this story before. It is quite a testimony to the interfaith sacrifice made by those four chaplains and other chaplains that have served.

Hello Fr Seraphim
May I too add my thanks to you for reminding us of this inspiring event. I can remember listening to an item about this on the V.O A., some years ago. We can all learn much from the sacrifice of these truly holy men.

Thanks for this podcast Father! I really enjoyed it and it is a good example of what Chaplains do for the military. In my 26 years of service I had the good fortune to serve with some outstanding Chaplains.

Thank you for this extraordinary episode. I have to say that I did listen almost with tears in my eyes.

It is a tremendous testimony these four chaplains did provide us with. And it reminds me what we tend to forget far too easy: war - never again. Never ever.
