No more RA with Greg and Jennifer?

A sad day.

And sadly, with so many good podcasts and other web based efforts that are available at a time other than the middle of a work day … unfortunately, it looks like many of us will not be able to get the enjoyment of you two.

Good luck with the paid gig. And best wishes for the upcoming big news in January.

I too would like to second the idea of selected out-takes similar to Father Dave’s selections on Busted Halo. A 10 minute entry once or twice a month would be better than no entries.

With today being Thanksgiving, I thought it would be appropriate to let you know that I am thankful for discovering the Rosary Army Podcast.

Rosary Army was the first podcast I downloaded and became a regular listener. Then it snowballed from there. The Daily Breakfast & the rest of the SQPN Family. The Dave Ramsey Show. Phedippidations. Grace Before Meals. Podcasts that have certainly changed our lives in the past year. And will continue to shape and change our lives.

If you ever decide to put out short interview segments from your sirius/xm show in podcast form as Father Dave Dwyer does
with his Busted Halo Show I’d be first in line!I know you have your hands full now but a girl can hope!I feel like a friend is moving away.

First, blessings with your radio show. I will miss your podcast but I totally understand your decision. I had assumed that you had decided not to do the podcast. Your responsibility needs to be to your family and your paid job (the sirius show).

A few technicalities: 1. Fr. Dave Dwyer IS still on the podcast Busted Halo Cast, 2. Fr. Dave has a highlight show of SHORT snippets of his Sirius show on a feed called Busted Halo Show.

Aw, guys. I wish I had the skillz to embed Bob Hope singing “Thanks for the Memories.” It was a good run.

That first tinny episode changed my life (of course, it had to double its impact in 17 to get anywhere, LOL). Thank you both for being fearless, even when you weren’t…it has been a great gift. There’s no gain without risk, and you have modeled for all the world how a leap of faith, in real faith, is fruitful.

You know? Since your start at Sirius, the rhythm of podcasting had remarkeably slowed down, so honestly, this decision is really no surprise. Yes, it’s all understandable and respect is due. But it feels sad indeed, the more because Sirius is not for all of us. I am gonna hold off for some time and keep this last show to listen to later on (if I’ll be able to) to keep the legend living some longer. For it is true, Greg & Jen, your RA podcast was legendarious among all the others. It was no doubt one of my top favourites. Sure, I’ll greatly miss the show, but more so will I miss YOU both, and your presence in the open Catholic New Media spectrum (considering Sirius as closed). There are no alternatives to your podcast, since it was so unique. But hopefully I’ll stumble upon some new ones to fill up the gap. You WILL be missed very much, though I hope to keep in touch with you somehow. You are the living proof of the fact that the Catholic internet community is NOT a virtual thing at all. So more than grief, I want to thank you for those 3+ years of unforgettable podcasts. Hopefully the archive stays online so that we can listen to them in the future. I wish you all the luck for a happy future, both in the media and as a family. Also: many blessings when your baby girl will be born. We’ll think of you and keep you in our prayers. But anyway, hope to keep hearing from you somehow!

I cried….I’m very happy for you and all the good you do and the people you reach. But, you guys were the best podcast out there, made me laugh so hard and sometimes made me cry. And i really honestly hate it that you gave it up, although i do understand! But i feel kinda cheated, trade in the old audience for the new.

I just want to say, i love you and i understand the choice you made. But i’m not happy and very sad. Especially b/c i can’t listen to Sirius.
