Bart,
Don't give up on the DB. Father is much better in the studio than on the road.

@Bart You should try out earlier episodes, this one is not typical at all, because I was on location and couldn't do my regular routine. You will find that the show is actually a lot better and faster paced than the Dutch one.

Dear Father Roderick,

Due to the absence of new episodes of "Katholiek Leven" I tried to listen to this (until now) latest podcast of Daily breakfast #662.
To be honest with you: This breakfast-formula does not suit me. Maybe it is due to my "dutch common sense" but I experienced it as tedious (langdradig) compared to the dutch show.

I have learned a lot from your dutch podcasts. It was very good way of catechism for me and I want to thank you very much for that. Maybe we meet each other one day between the ueber-catholics and the hardcore-catholics that we appear to have in The Netherlands.

Regards,
Bart.

"I'm not good at the technical stuff"--a phrase (hope I'm recalling it correctly) I thought I'd never hear from Fr. R.

Margaritas, Mexican food, and the Texas heat!
I'm glad you are getting the full effect, Father! Now you know why Texans have a reputation for being gritty, yet friendly.

Your, and your callers', RUNNING while PODCASTING inspired me to get back to it, myself, about a year ago. Your enthusiasm is very contagious.

Now, I can fit into my wedding dress after 4 kids and 12 years of marriage! Thanks so much for all you do.

OH, I AM 41 YEARS OLD JUST LIKE YOU! Yes, it can be done!
