Immaculée’s books include Left to Tell: Discovering God Amidst the Rwandan Holocaust, Led By Faith: Rising from the Ashes of the Rwandan Genocide, and her latest book Our Lady of Kibeho: Mary Speaks to the World from the Heart of Africa.

Today on this Deacon Moment: words on an Archbishop… an Irish curmudgeon priest… and the late Holy Father John Paul II. Join Deacon Tom in a tender moment about priests in this, the Year of the Priest.

October is the Month of the Rosary, but it’s also Respect Life Month, and Sarah Reinhard encourages us to pray a rosary — even if we’re no good at it — for human life.

  1. I just wanted to leave a comment for you to know we are still out here listening! Great show, I love the podcast!

  2. Thank you so much for interviewing Immaculée. ‘Left to Tell’ is one of my all-time favorite books, and is a touchstone for me and my faith. This is the first time I’ve listened to your podcast – I’ll be back!

    Best to you!

  3. Lisa!

Thanks so much for having Immaculee! What incredible gifts she’s received from Our Lord and His blessed Mother, and how beautifully she shares them! I’m African, living in the US, and I had never heard of Our Lady of Kibeho! I have marked my calendar to celebrate on Nov. 28, and I will spread the word! I am always on the look out for fellow young women from the continent that are on fire for Our Lord, so it was a delight to hear Immaculee on your show. Our Lady has been a very dear mother to me, especially in the last several weeks in which I have turned to her with even greater confidence. Thank you for your show, and may Our Lord continue to bless you!
