  1. Actually you can put content on the Kindle for free. You simply transfer to it via the usb cable as long as it is in the right format.

Stanza is an excellent free program that will convert many ebook formats, html, txt, to kindle format as long as they are not DRMed.

As for Stargate SGI, certainly one of my favorite series. The series latest ten seasons and maintained an excellent story arc the whole time. They recently released the first episode as a movie and it had been recut. The series started out on Showtime so at times was not very family friendly, and the original 1st episode certainly was not. The series is not as good as BSG, but it was consistently good. The acting and characters were excellent with solid writing. Stargate Atlantis was not as good as SG1 in my opinion, but still quite worthwhile.

  2. As for 1Password. This is one of the best programs ever. It is so useful and integrate so well it is amazing. There is nothing remotely like it on the PC side. Programs like KeePass are usable, but 1Password does it all.

I am using the beta version of 1Password 3.0 and it is even better now, with plenty of new features.

I have been using Dropbox to keep my agile keychain for 1Password and that is great when you have multiple computers. The 1Password 1Phone apps is also quite useful especially with the advent of cut in paste in the 3.0 iPhone/iPod Touch software.
