I haven’t seen FlashForward, so I can’t directly comment on that. I hardly ever watch TV, mostly because I don’t have time. But it seems that whenever I turn it on it is either a) trash or b) morally offensive. What bothers me most is the violence of the police dramas and the nihilistic attitude of the sitcoms. There is also an increasingly direct and vehement anti-Christian sentiment on the shows I’ve seen, without anything positive to counterbalance it.
There is a group called One Million Moms on Facebook and at onemillionmoms (dot) com who organize letter writing campaigns about offensive material on TV and other media. They seem to be pretty effective at getting advertisers to drop sponsorship of offensive shows. I’d encourage people to check them out if this is something that concerns them.

Here is my suggestion for the name of your KIWI, Since you said it was a Girl KIWI I suggest the name Lisa, in keeping with your Simpson’s bumpers through out your show. Peace
