Yesterday, we filmed a few night scenes with a torch. We expected it to be a huge challenge, but we actually wrapped up the whole thing in about 20 minutes, and the footage looks awesome.

I’m back with an update on our progress on the Secrets of Indiana Jones. I traveled to the United States last week, and we’ve been working hard to get some shooting done for the series. It turns out to be much more challenging than I thought it would be.

I’ve been thinking hard about the format of the video episodes. Of course I could film a conventional documentary. I made those before during my media studies in Rome: 20-30 minutes long with lots of voice over text, some interviews and panning images. But this format has a lot of disadvantages.

May 22, 2008 is the premiere of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Leading up to this fourth Indy movie, SQPN will produce a new video podcast series: “The Secrets of Indiana Jones”.
