Born in 1971, Mike Denz is a native of Western NY (Buffalo area). He grew up Catholic, the youngest of 6 and a huge Star Wars fan; having seen episodes IV, V & VI all in theaters).
A 1998 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, with an MA in theology and Catechesis, Mike has been teaching the Catholic Faith ever since.
A big fan of movies and TV, Mike’s favorite genres are mystery & action thrillers, science fiction and comedy. When not watching movies with his wife Sue and daughter Maria, Mike works as the Director of Adult Faith Formation at St. Catharine Parish in Columbus, Ohio and plans pilgrimages for Catholic groups to Italy through his website: www.TakeaPilgrimage.com.
