The Music of Harry Potter

During the Christmas holidays, we have been going through the audio archives of SQPN to sort and to preserve the thousands of podcast episodes we have recorded over the years. We came across a special unedited episode of one of our most successful series, The Secrets of Harry Potter. In the series’ last episode, Lyn Francisco, Denise Roper and Ariadna Quijano talked about the music written by composer John Williams for the Harry Potter movies. Because of the extensive editing work that this special episode needed, it was ultimately never finished or published.

Msgr Paul Tighe to keynote at the CNMC in Boston

Monsignor Paul Tighe, the secretary of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications, will be the keynote speaker at the Catholic New Media Conference in Boston on October 19, 2013.
Since his appointment by pope Benedict XVI in 2007, Monsignor Tighe has been involved in all the major new media initiatives of the Vatican.
We are looking forward to learning from his experiences in the field of new media and the new evangelization!
